Sculpt & Shape Thursdays featuring Cherry Blossom Yoga, 5:30-6:30pm at Freedom Plaza (1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW). Join the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID), the National Cherry Blossom Festival, Aetna, and ProYOGA Corporate Wellness for a special outdoor Cherry Blossom Yoga class. All attendees should bring their own mat and a bottle of water. All Levels Yoga, 3-4pm at Dock5 (1309 5th St NE). Join Nya Alemayhu for an invigorating all levels vinyasa yoga practice. Class will begin with a heating warm up of Sun Salutations, moving through a standing sequence involving various movements of the spine, and concluding with restorative floor postures before taking final rest. Class is beginner friendly. FREE

Weekend Wine Down yoga + craft wine cocktails, 10:15am-12pm at Cordial Craft Wine at the Wharf (35 Sutton Sq SW). Join us for a private yoga class at Cordial’s newly opened wharf location. Stay after class for a rotating wine tasting featuring Cordial owner Eric’s favorite concoctions. 60 minute all levels flow followed by a private tasting with Riahna, wine guru/fellow yogi. $15

DC Adult Flag Football Workout, 3:30-4:45pm at Raymond Recreation Center Field (3725 10th St NW). DRILLS Practice is a flag football-based workout program for men in Washington DC, Arlington VA, and the surrounding area. Experienced DRILLS football coaches and strength and conditioning trainers will run you through a 75 minute workout. $15

We will be practicing in artist David Best’s room-sized installation, part of the exhibition No Spectators: The Art of Burning Man. Yoga@Bike Rack, 7:30pm at the Bike Rack, Logan Circle (1412 Q Street, NW). The Bike Rack hosts a one-hour yoga class every Sunday evening at 6 p.m. and every Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m to help our fellow cyclists alleviate muscle tightness, gain mental clarity and work on their flexibility and strength. Our licensed instructors will lead you through an hour of Vinyasa flow with adjustments for each individual student. $5 suggested donation

Wednesday

Yoga Flow Wednesdays with CorePower in The Loft, 7-8pm at lululemon (3265 M St NW). You asked. We listened. Weekly yoga in the Loft at lululemon Georgetown is back! Join us every Wednesday at 7pm for a vinyasa flow hosted by our friends from CorePower Yoga. FREE; registration required

Yoga in Luce, 6-7pm at American Art Museum (800 F St NW). Once a month on Wedsesdays. Unwind with yoga and art appreciation in the Smithsonian American Art Museum’s Luce Foundation Center for American Art. Participants can relax, reflect on artwork, and sip tea before Clare Kelley from Flow Yoga Center leads a one hour, all levels Vinyasa flow class. $10

Practice With Love Pop Up Yoga, 10:30-11:30am at the US Botanic Garden (100 Maryland Ave SW). Come practice with us in one of DC’s most peaceful and beautiful spaces. Please bring a mat, a water bottle, and an open heart. Doors open at 10:00 am, class is from 10:30-11:30. Please arrive early to save your spot. Spaces are first-come, first-serve and are limited when classes are indoors. FREE; No pre-registration required

AdMo Run Club, 9-10:30am at the LINE Hotel (1770 Euclid St NW). Join Urban Athletic Club Founder Graham King for a ~5 mile run to and from the Washington Monument, with a short workout circuit once you’re there. Free for the Adams Morgan community and open to runners of all levels, AdMo Run Club starts and ends on the steps of the LINE DC. FREE
